The house is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. We have close relationships with our very friendly neighbors so we only consider families and calm groups of people to stay in this beautiful house. No parties are allowed in this rental.

We always try to be as flexible with check in and check out times. So please communicate with us before arrival. We charge 50€ in late check in fee after 20:00.
