Steps lead up to the covered porch area and the main entrance door opens into a spacious and contemporary light welcoming open plan area. All rooms have air conditioning and FREE WIFI is included for guests.

The open plan kitchen offers clean minimalistic lines with all integrated appliances, built in electric hob, electric oven, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. For guests convenience a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board are also available.

The large/dining area is very spacious and there is plenty of room to accommodate all guests with ease.

Large French doors access the beautiful outside chill out terrace where there is a large table perfect for al fresco dining. This area is undercover to provide shade from the peak summer sunshine and if you have children you can happily watch and relax them playing in the pool. In the evening this area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine and making use of the gas BBQ provided to cook up a feast.

The pool (this can be heated from October – April upon request and is charged at an additional cost) is set in an attractive garden which is grassed. Next to the pool there is another chill out terrace which is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing on the sun loungers provided.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the ground floor (same level as the lounge/dining and kitchen), the master bedroom overlooks the pool area and has patio doors to access the terrace area. There is a large bed which can spilt to make 2 single beds if required, double fitted wardrobes and a family en-suite with bath (shower attachment over bath), his and her wash hand basins, separate shower cubicle, WC and bidet.

The 2nd bedroom also overlooks the pool and the bed can also be made into a twin room if required. There are also fitted wardrobes.

The 3rd bedroom on this floor has twin beds and double fitted wardrobes.

These two bedrooms share the family bathroom on this level and there is a large walk-in shower, basin, WC and bidet.

Additionally there is also a cloakroom with WC and basin located off the lounge area next to the front door.

Stairs with a glass balustrade lead up to the very impressive main master suite. Again there is a large bed that can be spilt to make twin beds if required and two sets of sliding patio doors lead onto the private roof terrace with stunning views. A dressing area with drawers and wardrobe space lead to the en-suite which has a large walk-in shower, his and her wash hand basins and WC.

The villa is perfect for families of all ages and friends who want to enjoy a holiday away together.
